1. Registration
application for membership
You can directly register on-line to be a member. After carefully
reading the membership agreement, please fill in your name,
telephone, E-Mail, address and other detailed information that
are the evidence by which we can serve you afterwards, so you
must ensure the correctness of contents of registration. Likewise,
non-members can also book hotel and enjoy the preferential price,
but they cannot benefit from accumulative points. |
2. Enquiry
about hotel
There are two ways how you can make enquiry about hotel, so
you can start right on our homepage. 1. On homepage, you choose
the destination city , you will see all the hotels in the city.
2. On homepage, you type in the name or address of the hotel
in search frame, click [GO] key , you can find out all the hotels
whose names or addresses include the information typed. You
can see more information by choosing the hotel to be booked
(click on the name of the hotel). |
3. Hotel
reservation
On the page of detailed information about hotel, you can see
the prices and all services to be offered. If you decide to
book this hotel, just click [Book Now] at the upper-right corner
of the page and enter new page on which you can get daily price
for every type of guest room within one week from the date of
check-in. At the bottom of the page, the member can type in
the type of room to be booked, quantity, date of check-in, date
of check-out, special requirements, etc.; for members of 24-Hotel,
they are required to give telephone (or membership card No.)
and password, and non-members need to provide their name, telephone,
e-mail, nationality, password for enquiry, etc. After confirmation,
the page will show reservation number, contents, price and contact
information of guest and so on. After [reservation confirmation]
is clicked, a prompt box appears and indicates the member's
reservation information that is finally confirmed and submitted.

4. Reservation
enquiry * changes
After hotel reservation, the member can check reservation result
via home page. After typing in your telephone (or membership
card No.) and password, you can see your hotel reservation form,
if the result displays as under confirmation, this means that
reservation is not finally successful yet; if the result shows
as confirmed, this means that you have made successful reservation.
24-Hotel allows the members cancel their hotel reservation because
they cannot check in the hotel on schedule due to changes of
travel. You can cancel or change the contents of reservation
by clicking [cancel] or [changes] key on the right of the above-mentioned
page. |
5. Settlement
of payment
24-Hotel provides two ways of payment for hotel reservation,
one is payment at reception (payment is paid when the guest
arrives at the hotel), and another is payment collecting by
24-Hotel (prepaid payment). The guests can choose one appropriate
way of payment as required. After the hotel reservation is finished,
the reservation form will give the price of guest room in USD
and RMB respectively. In view of the possible changes of exchange
rate in the hotels, prices are given in USD for information
only and final payment must be settled in RMB. |
6. Confirmation
of signed contract / member's accumulative points
After the member books the hotel via 24-Hotel and check in,
24-Hotel will write the accumulative points into the member's
consumption record. Confirmation of signed contract will be
completed at the beginning of next month from the date of check
out. Confirmed result will be sent to the member by E-mail,
the member can get 1 point for 1 Yuan (RMB) consumed. For instance,
if you consumed 386 Yuan, then you were recorded as 386 points.
Members' accumulative points can be used in buying presents
or booking guest rooms. For more specific information, see How
